Crock Pot
BARBECUED PORK STRIPS
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup dry sherry
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
* 1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
* 3 pounds lean pork, cut into strips,
browned, and drained
Combine all ingredients
except pork strips in Crock Pot
and stir well.
Add pork and stir to coat.
Cook on low, covered,
for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve with sauce.
Makes about 15 servings.
