There is a little seamstress
That flies on heaven's wings
She gathers, golden threads of love
And lots of pretty things

The fabric that she chooses
Before she even starts
Is strong, and long enduring
It's a fabric made of hearts



Then, going around the Internet
A quilt she begins to make
From every person she visits
A piece of their heart, she'll take



My heart and your heart
Were gathered, on her trip
Sewn into this beautiful quilt
A quilt she calls FRIENDSHIP!!!

When we feel a little empty
Within our life, there is a hole
This quilt, covers us, gently
Friendship mends the soul!!
