I may plant the seeds of kindness
And water each with love
But the One that makes things grow
Is Our Lord, above

He is the Master Gardener
He told me how to plant these seeds
And led me to life's stream
That waters my garden's needs

He taught me how to do this
He makes everything quite clear
I cannot go out and do it myself
I must always, keep Him near

And if I follow His guidelines
With all the instructions He sends
I will have a beautiful garden
Filled with beautiful Friends

Our friendship has grown in my garden
I have been truly blessed
The Lord has guided and taught me
To plant the very best
