Angels watching from above
All of us, they view
Waiting for the Lord's command
Observing the things we do

Standing at the ready
To come right to our aid
Perhaps we need some guidance
Or perhaps we feel afraid

Late one night, trying to sleep
Home alone, I felt an uneasy fear
I prayed to the Lord right away
I know He sent his angel here



Even before I finished my prayer
I fell asleep that night
And when I opened my eyes
It was already the morning light

Did an angel soothe my fears
By my side, staying
For the last thing I remembered ....
I was right in the middle of praying

That's how fast the Lord answered
That's how fast an angel flew
All you need, is to ask
And He will send an angel to you!
