~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~

And the Trees are Bare
The Geese fly South
Then downward goes
The Corners of My Mouth

~~*~~

For as the Year turns Dark and Cold
My Heart cannot feel Glad
Tis a terrible time that now takes Hold
I sink into what is called SAD

But I'll find ways around it, as usual
I'll call friends over for Tea
We will Chatter and Laugh, tell Silly Jokes
Surround ourselves with "Happy"

~~*~~

So if you experience SAD
This is what you do
Don't Isolate, Don't Hibernate
Call up a Friend or Two!

(SAD) Seasonal Affective Disorder
