Candy Bar Pie


This is a very rich pie;
it is better to cut servings
in small pieces

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

5 Small Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounce);
cut into 1/4 inch pieces
12 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 9-inch baked pie shell

Place candy bar pieces in pie shell
Mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth
Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter
Beat on low speed until just combined
Pour into pie shell

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until set
Let cool

Melt chocolate chips and whipping cream until smooth
Spread over pie
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
Cut with warm knife

Could try other candy bars like
Baby Ruth or Milky Way
