Herb Seared Steak
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

Ingredients:

3 rib eye steaks
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp minced thyme

Directions:

Season steaks with salt and pepper.
In skillet, coated with cooking spray,
cook steaks until done.
Remove from skillet.
Add last 4 ingredients to skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 2 min.
