Watergate cake

1 package white or yellow cake mix
1 package dry pistachio pudding
1/2 cup pistachios or other nut
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
1 cup 7 Up

Icing

2 packages Dream Whip
1 package pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
few drops green food coloring but optional

Mix all cake ingredients listed
and bake according to package directions.

For icing whip all ingredients together until peaks form.
Spread on cake then refrigerate.
Sprinkle nuts on top of cake if desired.
