Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 green onion, minced
1/4 cup minced red bell peppers
2 tbs roasted garlic dressing
3 tbs shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp seafood seasoning
1/2 cup diced cooked shrimp
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove mushroom stems, mince stems.
In skillet, cook stems, green onions
and peppers in dressing until tender.
Add last 3 ingredients, divide among mushroom caps.
Place caps on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 min. or until done.
