Sugar Cream Pie


1 Tablespoon flour
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Thoroughly mix the first seven ingredients
Pour into pie shell
Shake cinnamon and nutmeg onto top of pie

Bake at 425 for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 325 degrees

Bake for 55 more minutes
(If overcooked the pie will not set up)

Cool and refrigerate completely before cutting;
this allows pie to setup
and not runny when cutting
