Let us walk together
Come, Dear Friend, take my hand
Side by side, we go
Leaving footprints in the sand

As time moves on, we grow older
Each and everyday
Looking back where we traveled
Footprints, pointing the same way



We've had many conversations
Between you and me
Tis true .... this I know
We didn't always agree

Neither one of us is perfect
But there is much love and caring
Goals of kindness, understanding
Respect, we are always sharing



Prints in the sand facing forward
That's the same way our hearts are going
Moving ahead, side by side
Keeps our friendship growing

I'm So Glad We Walk This Walk
Together!
