I'm cleaning out the baggage
Tossing out some things
But, what I find important
Inside my heart remains

I don't need the junk
Or stuff that brings me down
Only what makes me happy
I intend to keep around



It's the memories of days gone by
That bring me out of the dark
And all my wonderful friends
That have lovingly left their mark

Looking for my treasures
It's wonderful treasures I'm seeking
Friendships and Memories inside my heart
Those are the things worth keeping
