Oh dear, what could I do
Nothing was going right
I tried to fix all that went wrong
With all my might

And then it rained .......
Well, maybe not really, but that's how I felt
I walked with a cloud over my head all day long
I did not like the hand I was dealt

I had two left feet
My hands were tied behind my back
My shoulders were carrying
A fifty pound sack

So, I gave up
And in the chair I sat
Well, why even try
With a day just like that

Then I was thinkin'
What if I turn my computer on, over there
What a surprise!!!!
An Email tellin' me how much you care

All of a sudden my heart took flight
And I began to smile
How could my day be just like that
When I had a friend just like YOU,
all the while!!

What can I say?
You sent Email to me
AND SAVED THE DAY!!!
