Whenever our day is hectic
And we've got a deadline to meet
We think to ourselves ....
I'll never get this task complete
Then someone comes along and says,
"I'm here, let me help you...."

When we're not quite ourself
Feeling a little blue
It seems like there's a cloud
Perhaps tears are falling too
Then someone stops by and says,
"I'm here, let's talk...."

Or maybe we've been ill
And stuck in bed
Kids coming home from school
They must be fed
Then someone comes in and says,
"I'm here, and a casserole I made...."
~That's Kindness~
With Favors and Encouragement
That someone is you
Your Kindness shows
Through and through
~That's A Blessing~
And You, My Dear Friend
Are That Blessing To Me!
