Stop and smell the roses .....
How many times has this been said
But I Say .....
Walk that path of roses
With a Dear Friend, instead

For one can smell the roses
Along life's winding road
But when trouble comes towards us
There's a Friend to share the load

Don't ever think you need to travel
This road of life alone
You have me by your side
Never are you, on your own

So many times we feel
Alone, we have to stand
Well, I'm here to tell you
I'm holding out my hand

Side by side, helping with heavy loads
Don't you know, a Friend never imposes
Yes, walking this path together......
Enjoying all the roses
