Walk that path of roses
With a dear friend, instead
For one can smell the roses
Along life's winding road
But when trouble comes towards us
There's a friend to share the load
Don't ever think you need to travel
This road of life alone

So many times we feel
Alone, we have to stand
Well, I'm here to tell you
I'm holding out my hand
