It matters not, the season
A friend, you'll always be
As the years, go passing by
I'll hold you, dear to me

In the Spring, when all is new
And freshness, fills the air
Don't look far, because you know
I'll always be right there

Move along, to Summer now
All things alive, and growing
Vibrant, is the land
And friendship, softly flowing

The jewel box of Autumn
A beautiful time of year
Friendship, is a treasure too
With hearts, forever sincere

And then, we come to Winter
No cold can really be found
With a friend I have, like you
There will always be warmth around
