Round and round the hands go
I wonder what time it is now
So many things I have to do
And make this day last, somehow
Tick, Tick, Tock goes
the clock
Seconds, minutes, into hours
How
can I stop the time for a bit
Day by day, each
week devours
Time won't stop,
and it never will
So, this is what I'm going
to do
Take the time to say, "Hello"
And have a chat with you
With the passing of time
Please don't think I forgot
I'm taking a little minute here
....
Better yet, I think I'll take a LOT!!!!
