The words, all there, for eyes to read
Each one written, quite clear
The mind, may understand
But it is, for the heart, to hear
Even for the one that says, there is no God
The words in the Bible, still wise
There is nothing wrong, with Love and Kindness
Guiding each, and every one of our lives
But I, for myself, choose to believe
For Faith, has made me strong
God has caused my eyes to see
I'm in the place, I belong
Even with knocks and bruises, I fear not
For I shall take my stand
In the middle of this world, of turmoil and doubt
He reaches, and takes my hand
It is His Word, that lights the way
Tis a light, that's pure and bright
I'll not be walking, in darkness
For the Bible, has given me sight
