I ponder with these thoughts of mine
And what do I see?
Just one small, unimportant me
Within this huge galaxy
I count my years, this far
Look to the sky
And wonder, who am I?
Could there be a reply?
Days come and go
And I ask
Why is everyday such a task
When so many people wear a mask
With eyes wide open
Where do I start
I still cannot read
Someone's heart
Ah, but yes ....
I am not alone, here on my own
For there is ONE that can expose
All the unknown
If HE finds me worthy
I will not be left with doubt
On my own to figure things out
That is what Truth is all about
And now I see
Even with my imperfection
HE has still given me Heavenly direction
For I am under HIS Love and Protection
And I say, Thank You, Heavenly Father
As I fall upon bended knee
I listened to your Word, you guided me
And Your Truth Has Set Me Free
