The LORD is on my side; I will not fear:
What can man do unto me?
It is better to trust in the LORD
than to put confidence in man.
The LORD is my strength and song,
and is become my salvation.
~ Psalms 118: 6,8,14 ~

~ SALVATION ~

~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~

We live in such an imperfect world
Nothing is "for sure" you know
Things happen, that cut deep
And can hurt, so

We must remember to pray
And ask for direction
It is the only way
In this world of imperfection

We cannot put our trust in man
For man, is not the keeper of our heart
Looking to the LORD
Is where we should start

You can try and try to please
the one that is like me and you
But, the only One we should try and please
Is the Creator of all that's true

He is the One watching
With His angels as they rally around
The LORD is searching our heart
To see, what there, is found

There is a lesson to learn
About real and honest love
It comes from only one place
And that is from Heaven above

When we work hard, for the LORD
Putting in that extra mile
He is happy to call us His own
And that makes Him smile

He does not pay in silver or gold
As we travel toward our destination
No .....
He offers a gift of perfection
He is our everlasting salvation
