It doesn't really matter
Wherever you may go
The Word Of God
Will seek your heart, you know
Life can get so hard sometimes
I have felt so beaten down
But the words I've read in the Bible
In my heart, again, they're found
If you take the time to put them there
Then if ever you should feel alone
He will help you call His words to mind
Never are you left on your own
In a world with so much turmoil
Wonder, hate and doubt
Your mind will search your heart
And seek each word out
Like a candle in the night
Right now and everyday
A lamp to your foot
The light leads the way
