My love is a rose without the thorns
Never will I cause your heart to bleed
My love is a rainbow,but never the storm
For I will bring the peacefulness you need

I give you my love like the beauty of spring
A rebirth of joy beginning each day
My love is a symphony for your soul to sing
In every beat of my heart the music plays

My love like poetry a book of rhyme
Read the words within my eyes
My love grows deeper with the passing of time
All of your days filled with gentle sighs

When you feel lost and want to cry
My love is here to lift you up high
A rock, a shelter, a peaceful escape
My love, all of these for you to take

The warmth of my arms will hold you close
Listen to these words that I say
True love is forever
Forever my love will stay
