I may have a few patches, here and there
And my life shows, a little wear and tear
I may fall down, once or twice
But I try and hold on, to good advice

I listen, with my ears
But it's my heart, that hears
With my eyes, I see
But it's my soul, that shows me

I speak, with my spirit
Does your heart hear it?
The touch, of a true friend
Helps friendship, blend

We know what really is a must
We share, friendship's trust
So, don't worry about our little patches
It is the oneness, of our hearts, that matches
