we wuz livin' hi class
In the hills of West Verginny
we had a fancy outhouse
some folks didn't even have any

I saw fur myself
I seen what they got
In the corner of there bedroom
wuz a little tiney pot

but our outhouse was reel fine wood
the best ya could find
custom made by pappy
Jest one of a kind

coon fur covered the seat and the walls
so it'd be warm in the winner
We didn't hafta worry
that our butts would get a splinner

folks wuz comin' from miles around
To see this "one of a kind"
we wuz chargin' a nickle to look
to sit ..... it wuz a dime
