Hello Kathryn,
Thank you for your "Sun and Laughter" page, or "The Earth Laughs In Flowers". I love the set you designed for that apge it is beautifully done and the verse is just lovely. The music is really "bouncy", makes you want to get up an dance or something although I'm not sure if that is a good idea first thing in the morning.
I am so sorry to read that you are having such a difficult time with your depression, it really is awful when things get you down like that. I know how sometimes you just don't want the world to know you and you don't want to know the world, and it can take so long to recover. I will keep you in my prayers my friend so that you can heal and get to feel better. Don't worry about being behind with mails, anyone who knows you and is a friend will understand so no one is about judge you for not sending an e-mail.
Also sad news about Karen and I will visit her site and leave her a message. Sometimes it seems that everything happens at once.

Dear Katryn,
I know what your going thru I fight depression anixety and panic have for a year and a half. It is awful. I cry and I dont want to get out of bed either. I have always had it.
I have had 4 nervous Breakdowns in My Life. its not easy.

Thank you for welcoming me aboard your friend-ship, it is an honour to be part of those on board. Loved the page "What Are Hugs" and a really nice description too (The shortest distance between friends). We don't have Daylight Saving in our State, but the rest of Australia does so they all put clocks forward (we are opposite to you and going into summer remember) this weekend. What I want to know is where do they put all this daylight they save? Do they get interest on it? Like, in six months your save 211 hours of daylight, and if you get 5 % interest, you should have an extra 10 1/2 hours shouldn't you. Why save if you aren't going to get any interest? Now I am talking myslef into circles....laughing.
Thanks for coming by and also signing my book. So happy you enjoyed "Laughter". I couldn't resist adding that little wav file, it just suited the page I thought. Now if you ever need a laugh you can play that. If you want it let me know and I'll give you a link you can download it from.
